Order tickets

Ticket prices cover the fixed costs of the event, such as room rental, resources, and equipment.

Would you like to help ensure that participation in our event is as low-threshold as possible? Then you have the option of ordering a ‘solidarity ticket’. Please enter the keyword ‘Soli-Ticket’ in the purpose or comments field when placing your order. We will collect all Soli-Tickets in a pool and pass them on to those who have contacted us and would not have the opportunity to take part in our event without your financial support.

With breaks between panels and workshops, we want to create space for personal exchange in a relaxed atmosphere: our Ukrainian partner is offering lunch and savoury and sweet snacks in the morning and afternoon directly at the event venue for a daily flat rate of €15 per person. This catering flat rate is independent of the admission ticket and can be booked separately.

Hot and cold drinks will be provided at the event – we kindly ask for donations on site to cover the costs.

Please note that during the panel discussions in the assembly hall, audio and video recordings will be made in the area of the stage and the front rows of the audience. See also the relevant Privacy Policy.

A transparency report will be published after the event, detailing the costs incurred, funding received, and the use of donations and admission fees.
